There are some water mills from Sasany era so some researchers believe that it was established in that era. Also the Italian researchers said that Leyves is a part of a Roman commander`s name who was in the Rome-Iran battle.
Leyves has special architecture. The houses are made of stone so this village is called the Stone Village of Dezful. The people use every part of their houses for example they store wheat in the pillars.
Leyves has a very beautiful land scape and nice weather. There are many pomegranate gardens around the village and the plant covering is sedr and fig trees, oak and almond jungles, matricaria, borage, etc.
There are several rare kinds of animals in this area like: wolf, fox, rabbit, jackal, partridge, pheasant, gazelle, etc.
In leyves people respect customs very much. They celebrate the birth of first child, the first rain in the year, and the beginning of sowing. Also they have special customs for marriage or mourning in Moharram and Safar.
Kapo, chogha, carpet, siyah chadour, mat and pomegranate pickle are the best souvenir of Leyves.

Shevi Waterfall has a beautiful kind of environmental diversity and spectacular scenery especially in spring.
It’s a rich habitat of beasts such as goats, leopards, bears and salamanders and is covered with different kinds of trees mainly oaks.
The first half of the year is a suitable time for going to Shevi  , but the best time is April and May as the fields in around are green and good-looking.
Of Shevi`s unique features is that there is no trace of the waterfall unless one is a few hundreds meters close to it. It’s only after passing a turn in the steep slopes of mountain regions when majestic scenery of this beautiful waterfall captures your eyes.
This may be of the nature legerdemains in which its glory is shown all of a sudden. When you arrive in waterfall region, your tiredness is taken of your body by the waterfall cool breeze  and the first photos  you take.
A lot of mountain climbers travel to this wonderful waterfall each year, back home having happy memories as their memento of waterfall visit.
There’s another big waterfall in Shevi`s neighborhood which is sometimes considered as the” 2nd Shevi waterfall”.
Compared to the main waterfall it is a safe and suitable place to go swimming.

3.Pricing of monthly rent  shall be determined by official experts after the construction project is completed the Each of the parties

participating in this project  may take advantage of the project income according to their shares.
B. projects in which land component  is the  municipality\’s Specific property  and can be sold and transferred to others:
1.municipality \’s share includes   value pricing arena plan + building permit complications.
2. Investor\’s share  includes  all the costs of construction projects, its Installations, mapping and consulting.
3. Each of the parties participating in this project_  based on their shares _ are the owner  and will benefit the rights of their
equity according to  the Laws and regulations.
4. Each of the parties participating in this project  have  the right to transfer their  shares of partnership in any way to third parties

in compliance with conditions of the contract. (All obligations are transferred to the new partner)

The old city if Dezful was build out of brick house and mansions that is the indicative of a historical identification. This city consists of about 28 areas. The most important of them are as follows:Ghal`eh area: This area is the most oldest place in this city build adjacent to a military fort.
Fort means Ghal`eh and that is why this area has been named Ghal`eh.Tizno Old House: This house is one of the the  most beautiful houses in Ghal`eh area situated in the eastern part of the main square of the city  Tizno Old House has been patented in the rank of the national relies of Iran. Tizno was the name of the owner and it is for this reason that this house is called Tizno Old House.

The mausoleum Of Mohammed Ben Jafar (P.B.U.H.)
This Holy tomb ,situated  5 kilometers south of Dezful city in a village whose  name is connected to it .This tomb is considered as one of  the well-known shrines in the region.
Mohammed Ben Jafar (Mohammed son of Jafar) was among the nephews of Imam Ali (P.B.U.H) and  his sons –in- law.
Mohammed acted as an Islamic troop commander in the  invasion campaign of Shoushtar (  an ancient city near Dezful) in 640 AD (19 Hijri).
He was severely injured in the battle and coming back Dezful ,he  passed  the way and was buried in a village  out of Dezful.
His mausoleum has two basements in both side  of it.
The tomb enshrine had been made out of wood before, but it has been replaced by a metal one  recently which has beautiful designs.
The mausoleum is constructed in the middle of a  large garden which  is  surrounded by  a number of shrines  belonged to Dezfuli`s well-known citizens .
There are some verandas  around the tomb building  every  which  has  two rooms  and  stairs.
The tomb location in the middle of some  old green lotus  trees has wonderful effects and specific adornment.
Two lotus trees are seen opposite to this tomb dating back to 800years and 700years respectively.

This mausoleum has  an ancient entrance which is decorated by colorful tiles on the top and is made of old bricks beside which there are four lotus tress well-known as” 4sisters”  which are deeply believed by people.
In the fronting square of garden old wall , there are some green  lotus trees  under which  people rest .
In the tomb  yard  there is a beautiful big pool.  The combination of  water, green lotus trees (  culturally considered  sacred and spiritual ) and  tomb beautiful landscape  make  a beautiful  spiritual atmosphere which is an opportunity for people to heal their injured hearts.
Nowadays ,this mausoleum is considered among the tourism and pilgrimage attractions of Dezful and  visited by a lot of people from different parts of  Khozestan Province.
There is  a palm grove in a part of this tomb yard in which big caravans of  mourning people of  Imam Hussein ( The 3rd Imam of Shiite) come to this threshold from city center on foot.
They hold mourning ceremonies of  Imam Hussein there  on special days

Kornasian Bathroom: This area dates back to Ghajarie`s architecture which stands in Kornasian area.The  repaire of this mansion was started as of 2003, then it was converted to an anthropology museum in the year2006.One of the specific features of this mansion is that it is locates among tall old houses, mosque and the tomb of one of the great poets of Dezful by the name of Seyyed Abdollah Daee.The cause of naming this bathroom was a residential place for who moved to this place from the mountains of kornas in the north of Dezful.Kornasian Bathroom  has two other names as hammame – e_no(new bathroom) and Haj Nassir bathroom. The name of this mension`s architect is Moezzi.
